Count Controlled Tester
Quick Start Instructions
for using the count controller

Note: It would be advisable to continue using the mechanical counter until familiar with the count controller.
To ready the count controller after setting the specimen up for testing:
Push the corresponding button to set count (ones, tens, hundreds,.etc...)

Note: Controller comes set from our factory to count "up" mode. To change to "count down" mode follow the instructions bellow.
- Have the on/off red button in the out position. (click to see sample)
- Plug tester power cord in.
- Push "mode" button in and hold for 5 seconds. (click to see sample)
- Push the "number 1" button on counter one time. (click to see sample)
- To exit set up mode; Push "mode" botton in and hold for 5 seconds. (click to see sample)
- When setting is complete, you should be at the same screen you started at power up. (click to see sample)
- Depress red button momentarily to stop testing prior to reaching set counts, so as to observe test result. The accumulated cycle counts will not be lost when restarted.
- Restart machine and it will stop on the preset number.
- Push "reset" button once to run the next test with the same settings or to continue to a higher count than previously set.
Note: The manual counter can be used for counting while using the "reset" button and the "red" button for on/off control.
Suggestion: Preset the counts higher than required then use the on/off, red button for control of motors.
