Count Controlled Tester
Quick Start Instructions
for using the count controller

Note: It would be advisable to continue using the mechanical counter until familiar with the count controller.

To ready the count controller after setting the specimen up for testing:
Push the corresponding button to set count (ones, tens, hundreds,.etc...) (click to see example)

Note: Controller comes set from our factory to count "up" mode. To change to "count down" mode follow the instructions bellow.

  1. Have the on/off red button in the out position. (click to see sample)
  2. Plug tester power cord in.
  3. Push "mode" button in and hold for 5 seconds. (click to see sample)
  4. Push the "number 1" button on counter one time. (click to see sample)
  5. To exit set up mode; Push "mode" botton in and hold for 5 seconds. (click to see sample)
  6. When setting is complete, you should be at the same screen you started at power up. (click to see sample)
  7. Depress red button momentarily to stop testing prior to reaching set counts, so as to observe test result. The accumulated cycle counts will not be lost when restarted.
  8. Restart machine and it will stop on the preset number.
  9. Push "reset" button once to run the next test with the same settings or to continue to a higher count than previously set.

Note: The manual counter can be used for counting while using the "reset" button and the "red" button for on/off control.

Suggestion: Preset the counts higher than required then use the on/off, red button for control of motors.
